Policies
-We have a strict NO PETS policy. We will charge a $1,000 fine for any animals in our rooms.
-All rooms/cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is restricted to outdoors only.
-Alcohol is permitted in the rooms. Drinking of alcohol is limited to social drinking only and only by legal aged adults.
-Maid services rooms/cottages daily. Sheets are changed every third day of your stay.
-Dehumidifiers are in every cottage due to our humid tropical environment. The units can get loud at times. Feel free to
turn them off if they are disturbing you in any way. Please turn them back on before leaving for the day.
-Let us know if you need any special amenities such as special flowers or champagne. We will let you know if we can accommodate the request and give you the price that we will need to add to your bill.
-Check-in is from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Late check-ins need to make prior arrangements with us
or we will have to charge a fee.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
100% deposit due on booking reservation. Cancellation within 72 hours of the check-in will forfeit the entire deposit. Cancellation prior to 72 hours will receive a refund of 70% of the deposit. Check-in is at 2:30 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late arrivals, please call ahead.

We are only one mile from the entrance to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The popular Volcano restaurants and neighborhood shops are within one block walking distance. We are approximately 27 miles from Hilo and 97 miles from Kona.
